We work to ensure that all participants receive services that uphold their rights, dignity, choice and control, while maintaining strong safeguards to protect their welbeing
Participant Rights
We respect and promote the rights of all NDIS participants, including the right to:

Complaints Management
Liberty Care Choice encourages participants, families and representatives to raise concerns or complaints at any time.

✔ Used as an opportunity to improve service quality.
Participants, may also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission if they are not satisfied with how a complaint is handled.
